The payment terms for booking an artist on Ovalstars are as follows:


- For bookings made more than 15 days before the event, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure the date.

- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the event date.

- For bookings where the event is within 15 days, full payment needs to be made at the time of booking.


Please note: If you are using any promo code, even for events booked more than 15 days in advance, 100% payment will have to be made to secure the booking.

Visa: If the event is outside the artist's country, visa arrangements are the responsibility of the client. The artist will provide all necessary details upon request and Ovalstars will help in facilitating the same.

Ovalstars' cancellation policy is as follows:


If the booking is canceled 15 days or more before the event date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

If the booking is canceled within 15 days of the event date, no refund will be issued.

On Event Day
